Caffeine & Octane ~ May Edition~

I’ve had the pleasure of photographing Caffeine & Octane on several occasions. Caffeine & Octane is a car meet that occurs the first Sunday of each month, all year around, in Alpharetta, GA. During the warmer months, there can be upwards of 1,000+ cars….of all types. It is impossible for any photographer to cover it in its entirety alone, so there is a great team of photographers that come out to cover it.

It’s an amazing event, everything from your every-day Hondas to your exotic Ferraris and Lamborghinis and some rare cars in between. It always impresses me how many auto enthusiasts come together in support of this event. It’s a laid back meet; no trophies, no judging…purely hanging out with fellow auto lovers.

My intent is never to capture everything at this meet. It’s impossible, as I’ve said previously. I go to shoot what catches my eye, to network, and to see old friends and make new ones as well. But primarily, I go to shoot what I love: cars, cars, and more cars!
